Parents and swimmers
Questions about your swimmer’s data, a result that looks incorrect, feedback about the site, or an idea for something better are all welcome. SwimProgress is built to be useful for swimming families, so hearing what works and what does not, helps us make it better.
Clubs
If you would like a free progress page for your club’s families, have a question about how your club is represented, or want something changed or removed, we are happy to work with coaches, committees and club administrators directly.
Removal requests
If you would prefer a swimmer not to appear on SwimProgress, you can request removal at any time at swimprogress.com.au/takedown, or simply email us. Removing a swimmer only removes them from SwimProgress. It does not change or remove their results from the original public sources they come from.
